Service Usage

You may use TryVeo to:

• Create AI-generated content (videos, images, music, voice) for personal and commercial use subject to your plan, the selected model/provider terms and your rights to all inputs
• Manage your content library
• Access premium features with subscription

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Create illegal or harmful content
• Share account credentials
• Attempt to hack or bypass limitations
• Use the service for spam or fraud
• Create content that violates the AI Content Policy (see below)

AI Content Policy

TryVeo employs a multi-layered content moderation system to ensure safe and responsible use of AI generation. All content is reviewed before generation.

Strictly Prohibited

• Deepfakes — generating realistic videos depicting real individuals without their explicit consent
• Face swaps — superimposing one person's face onto another's body
• Voice impersonation and deceptive use. Where a voice feature supports uploaded recordings, use only your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to use; follow any stricter provider requirements
• Misleading content — creating content that could be mistaken for real footage
• Adult content (NSFW) — sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content promoting violence, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks

Multi-Layered Moderation System

• Layer 1: Automated Prompt Filtering — all text prompts are checked by our real-time moderation system before being sent for generation. The system filters prohibited content in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, English, Russian) across categories: profanity, sexual content, violence, political/religious content
• Layer 2: AI Safety Filters — all requests are additionally checked by Google AI (Gemini) built-in safety filters, which block unsafe content generation at the model level
• Layer 3: Warning System — when potentially problematic content is detected, users are shown a warning with the option to edit their prompt
• Layer 4: Logging and Audit — all moderation checks are logged for subsequent review and audit by administrators

Severity Categories

• Critical — content is automatically blocked
• High — warning displayed, editing required
• Medium — warning displayed
• Low — informational notice

Repeated violations result in account suspension or termination. All AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as AI-generated when published.

Payment Terms

Payments and subscriptions:

• New subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Existing Dodo subscriptions remain with Dodo Payments, their Merchant of Record. Card details are held by the applicable processor and are not stored by TryVeo. For subscriptions processed by Dodo, you also agree to Dodo Payments' buyer terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds subject to our refund policy
• Service continues until end of current period upon cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions and Existing Contracts

• New customers choose paid monthly plans. The full monthly payment is collected upfront; access and the full monthly credit allowance are granted only after successful payment
• New subscriptions have no free trial, intentional verification hold, separate activation fee, forced daily credit cap or credit rollover. Unused monthly credits expire at the next billing cycle. Your bank may authenticate or authorize the actual subscription payment
• The full monthly price, currency, credits, features and limits are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew monthly at that disclosed price until cancelled
• Existing Stripe trials and saved checkouts keep their previously accepted frozen terms
• Existing paid annual subscriptions keep their accepted billing period, benefits and renewal terms
• Existing accepted trials may convert to the selected paid subscription on their original disclosed terms unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Cancel an existing Stripe trial in Billing before it ends to avoid the subscription payment. Cancellation takes effect immediately and requires no cancellation request or approval by TryVeo
• A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time in account settings or Billing without an approval request. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period
• Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Your mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected
• Existing Dodo trials keep their accepted checkout terms, including the amount, duration, discounts and cancellation process. New Stripe terms do not change an existing Dodo contract
• Where your accepted Dodo contract uses a cancellation request, submit it from your account during the trial. No charge is made while a request is open; the decision is provided before a charge. A request still open after its decision deadline is approved automatically
• Such an existing Dodo request may be declined with a written reason under the accepted terms; you may submit one further request. This request process does not apply to Stripe trials. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected

Intellectual Property

Content rights:

• You retain any rights you hold in content you create. Review outputs before publication; TryVeo does not guarantee exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights
• TryVeo retains rights to platform and technology
• We may use your content for service improvement (anonymized)
• Copyright infringement may result in account suspension

Service Availability

Service disclaimers:

• Service provided "as is"
• We don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We're not liable for data loss
• AI generation quality may vary

Termination

Termination conditions:

• You may delete your account anytime
• We may suspend accounts for violations
• Account deletion removes data within 30 days
• Unpaid bills may lead to suspension
• Serious violations lead to immediate termination

Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution process:

• First contact our support team
• Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Poland
• Disputes resolved through arbitration
• Class action lawsuits excluded
• Statute of limitations: 1 year
