Service Usage

You may use TryVeo to:

• Create AI-generated content (videos, images, music, voice) for personal and commercial use
• Manage your content library
• Access premium features with subscription

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Create illegal or harmful content
• Share account credentials
• Attempt to hack or bypass limitations
• Use the service for spam or fraud
• Create content that violates the AI Content Policy (see below)

AI Content Policy

TryVeo employs a multi-layered content moderation system to ensure safe and responsible use of AI generation. All content is reviewed before generation.

Strictly Prohibited

• Deepfakes — generating realistic videos depicting real individuals without their explicit consent
• Face swaps — superimposing one person's face onto another's body
• Voice impersonation — cloning or imitating real people's voices
• Misleading content — creating content that could be mistaken for real footage
• Adult content (NSFW) — sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Content promoting violence, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks

Multi-Layered Moderation System

• Layer 1: Automated Prompt Filtering — all text prompts are checked by our real-time moderation system before being sent for generation. The system filters prohibited content in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, English, Russian) across categories: profanity, sexual content, violence, political/religious content
• Layer 2: AI Safety Filters — all requests are additionally checked by Google AI (Gemini) built-in safety filters, which block unsafe content generation at the model level
• Layer 3: Warning System — when potentially problematic content is detected, users are shown a warning with the option to edit their prompt
• Layer 4: Logging and Audit — all moderation checks are logged for subsequent review and audit by administrators

Severity Categories

• Critical — content is automatically blocked
• High — warning displayed, editing required
• Medium — warning displayed
• Low — informational notice

Repeated violations result in account suspension or termination. All AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as AI-generated when published.

Payment Terms

Payments and subscriptions:

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored by TryVeo. By using our service, you also agree to Dodo Payments' buyer terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds subject to our refund policy
• Service continues until end of current period upon cancellation

Trial Period and Automatic Subscription

• After the trial period ends (3 days), subscription to your selected plan starts automatically
• Your card will be charged the price of the selected plan
• You will be notified by email before the trial period ends
• Trial cancellations are handled by request. To cancel, you submit a cancellation request from your account at any point during the trial
• We review every request and you always receive a decision BEFORE any charge is made. Nothing is charged while your request is open
• If a cancellation request is still open when its decision deadline passes, it is approved automatically and you are not charged. Inaction on our side can never result in a charge
• We may decline a cancellation request. If we do, we tell you the reason in writing, and the trial converts to a paid subscription as described above. You may submit one further request
• Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you have under the consumer law of your country, including the 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK
• A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time — there is no window and no request needed. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for

Intellectual Property

Content rights:

• You retain rights to videos you create
• TryVeo retains rights to platform and technology
• We may use your content for service improvement (anonymized)
• Copyright infringement may result in account suspension

Service Availability

Service disclaimers:

• Service provided "as is"
• We don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We're not liable for data loss
• AI generation quality may vary

Termination

Termination conditions:

• You may delete your account anytime
• We may suspend accounts for violations
• Account deletion removes data within 30 days
• Unpaid bills may lead to suspension
• Serious violations lead to immediate termination

Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution process:

• First contact our support team
• Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Poland
• Disputes resolved through arbitration
• Class action lawsuits excluded
• Statute of limitations: 1 year
