Refund Eligibility

Trial Period

• After the trial period ends, subscription renews automatically
• You may cancel your subscription anytime in account settings
• We will send you a reminder email before the trial period ends

Refunds are available in the following cases

• If service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours
• Technical issues preventing service usage
• Double or erroneous charges
• Unauthorized transactions
• Post-trial refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refunds may be declined for

• Partially used subscription periods (evaluated case-by-case)
• Terms of service violations

• Include screenshots for technical issues
• Complete the refund request form
• Wait for confirmation from our team

Processing times: Request review 1-3 business days. Refund processing 5-10 business days. Funds arrival depends on payment method.

• Monthly subscriptions: 14 days from charge date
• Annual subscriptions: 30 days from purchase
• Technical issues: 30 days from occurrence

• Automatic refunds: 1-3 days
• Reviewed refunds: 5-7 days
• Complex cases: up to 14 days
• Decision notification: within 24 hours

Exceptions

Special cases:

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Promo codes and discounts are not refunded separately
• Corporate accounts have separate policies
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of abuse
• Terms of service violations forfeit refund rights
